下午去做推拿及拔罐,所以身體左側柔軟度欠佳
前半程有兔兔(開心^^)陪跑所以心率及跑感都能維持目標
後半因鬧肚子及轉移陣地停頓時間較多
似乎每停一次,維持心率就掉一些
到了11:00左右心跳就很難維持在150了
生理,心理雙重影響下腳也吃重了.......放掉吧!玩沙去吧
