三月份開跑!初馬後發現30K後的肌力不足,也為本月鳳山三校全馬練跑,趁今天溫度稍降,拿起腰包準備開水與運動飲料各300cc,小條乳加巧克力與義美小羊羹各一條,就再來造訪柴山大路,來個30K的LSD,沿途不少野狗,獼猴與松鼠!跑至駁二很熱鬧,應是準備這二天的大港開唱吧!
