經過時間約5:32,休息如下:當中中社路警察局去回裝水兩次(小休)+下山經中社橋吃鹽糖(小休)+楓林橋雜貨店買汽水撇尿(大休)+風櫃嘴涼亭對面餐廳買水(大休)+下山楓林橋雜貨店買仙草蜜撇尿(大休),雖然日頭赤炎炎,但我們唯一大步兵也只有在回程劍南路上坡用走的,因為11點多真的熱翻啦,風櫃嘴小步兵跑走上去,其他都有跑起來慢慢龜,今天還算精實嚕,感謝Allen一同LDS跑LSD,跑完立碼去全家大嗑冰淇淋,爽阿,跑完還算舒服,上坡肌耐力還是沒以前好,但腳沒啥異狀就好嚕^__^
