假日山訓,早上還蠻冷的,所以故意晚點跑,也許是經過了鎮西堡超馬洗禮後,第一次跑上去(前13K)跑那麼快,之前最佳紀錄是上月1/11跑95餘分,今天跑了85餘分,將近快了10分鐘,跑上去後雙手僵硬,不過不覺得冷,但手冷到很不自在,在小7補給緩和後就趕緊回程去了,跑下來3小時內也是第一次,不過氣溫低,雙腳有點不自在。
