跑個1k就開始下雨了,但要補進度只好繼續,好加在10k之後雨停,跑的前面左腳蠻卡的,但發現雨天還蠻適合練跑姿的,後來調整後就好多了,18k依然右大腿有抽感,是不是能量包要提早吃一下了
