今天第一次跑中風路線(中社+風櫃嘴),不知是直接從中社路開始跑沒暖腳,還是zf2不適合讓我爬坡,小腿好酸,速度起不來,目前看來適合我爬坡的,剩turbo和boston,但boston上次操場3小時膝蓋和腳底就開始不舒服,這腳還真嬌貴,要貴的turbo才行... 對了,凡士林真的有效,還有心跳竟然破180...
