有時正面交會…就會打一下招呼…
後來跑完就和阿伯(60多歲)聊天…
他教我了一些撇步…
還說看我的姿勢…就知道我可以跑很久的…
第一次有人誇獎我的姿勢…
還一直鼓勵我…
所謂的低潮期…跑完就消失了…
