新鞋上陣,Rider 17著上去比第一次著GT-2000舒服太多了,呢半年不知不覺已經兩對跑鞋退役了。GT-2000說是針對扁平足跑者的,怎樣點著都係唔舒服。今日跑步全程只看一樣數據,就是步頻,其它的都沒太特別介意,除了一樽350ml寶礦力什麼都沒補給。今天跑得不算太緊,前半段有留力,後段加力想衝上橋,不過橋的最後一百左右還是有點不夠力,上次的平均步頻是156步/分鐘,今次的平均步頻是174步/分鐘。這個月針對步頻的訓練是有進步了,不過還是有6步的差,唔知幾時先突破到呢? 步頻一上來了,heart rate也相對降了,是一件大好的事。還有18天,就是渣打半馬的日子,還未決定好去衝擊01:50:00內完賽,還是去做拍客…
