第二天也是打算跑半程的,可是因19km後幾乎都是用很慢的速度在跑,原因是我腳下的沙包磨得我很痛無法在繼續跑下去也拖了速度,於是我把沙包取下在以緩慢的速度跑,而且因時間上的限制無法在繼續跑下去了!
