| 讃助好馬3位百馬跑友的百馬團,每站補給站吃吃喝喝,補給內容進步很多。
好久沒跑五分山,風景還是漂亮,氣候沒有太熱,是3月份跑馬最舒服的。只是回程再下切的3.6K"補里程"路段是個爛路大陡坡,真是變態路線。
全程有一半是粗糙路面,只比北馬櫻好一些,要適應這些爛路,可能只有"快"可以解決,但肌耐力要非常強才能應付,再修練吧!
