心得:
昨天回台南太晚了,將昨天TR移至今天來操課,跑不到5K時,腳不會酸,呼吸也還順暢,但腰很痠,看來沒做核心肌群的關係,但我居然還是撐完了,明天去幫阿賊加油,祝他跑高樹馬破PB。
