今天本來預計要跑50K的~可是到30K時大腿抽筋,徹底完爆,最後慢慢凸回集合點 剛好40K,很謝謝黑柯和登源在我爆掉的時候還停下來等我,真是不好意思~Orz
<跑後檢討>
Q:為什麼配速不快可是跑到30K就抽筋??
A: 1.很明顯練不夠 2.補給的東西有問題
前25K都只喝水(1.5瓶),和吃巧克力夾心餅乾
所以我猜可能是電解質流不足,才導致抽筋
,下次喝點 運動飲料和 吃鹽錠 看能不能改善,
如果還是沒辦法突破30K...........那我只好把月跑量
提升到300了~!!
