原本設定這一場是要跑快的,奈何肚子鬧脾氣了一個禮拜,怎麼吃都不舒服,練跑也跑到快吐了。
一早停好車,盥洗、寄物、熱身、上起跑點,一切都是這麼的順利,很自然的就衝了出去,配速也很棒,但⋯⋯事情總沒有這麼happy ending,前半段配太快,到了25K就有抽筋的感覺了,後半段只能跑跑走走又停停,最後1K竟然還抽筋到不能動,還有最後有順利保4成功。 賽前宣言: 帶家人一起來運動
第二次跑了,希望順利完賽 賽後評分: 全馬有些補給站的東西就只剩下水和舒跑,後半段的跑者可能更沒有東西可以補充了。
