今天覺得自己慢慢跑但發現pace還是可以6分半速, 跟前一次跑操場覺得自己跑快跑了6KM就滿累的速度結果是一樣的, 讓我發覺若覺得自己跑得有點辛苦其實稍微慢一點或是再專注一點在跑姿上, 然後過一會又會恢復比較舒服的心跳就能再多跑久一點不會累.
