受妙妙之約成團,團長要求是盡量不曬,且半馬以上,最好是25K,於是今日路線就誕生了~
成蘆橋-渡船頭-楓櫃斗湖步道-硬漢嶺(折返)-楓櫃斗湖步道-凌雲禪寺-凌雲寺-田埔水池-孝義路-成蘆橋。
妙妙、我、啟川完成全程,振坤硬漢嶺段沒跑在步道口休息等我們回來、小雯姐騎UB陪著我們前面到渡船頭後折返回成蘆橋、小齊哥&瑞益則是跑到渡船頭折返回成蘆橋~
這是近日的恢復跑中最大里程的一次,恭喜自己順利完成 ^_^,體力還相當充裕,看來中距離LSD(指全馬距離)應該也沒問題。
今日最大插曲就是在楓櫃斗湖步道看到一隻大的雨傘節~(汗)
