週一早上有點慵懶,看著外頭的天氣時晴時陰時雨,在跑與不跑的猶疑中,到中午眼見天氣沒什麼改變,立馬決定換裝上路,果真還是晴陰雨的天候交錯,還好沒打雷,就照計劃自訓咩,27.6km,超半馬,達標,繼續朝目標挺進囉^^
