最近因身體出狀況,幾乎都在休跑,一想到後面還要跑高雄寶來半馬,趁狀況好一點,趕緊出來練習,以景觀橋為基準,模擬連續上下坡彎路的體力,因久沒練習,感覺已用掉60%(感受上)的體力,趕緊回家,明後天再次挑戰
