2016第一場比賽就來個全馬,雖然有破pb但還是沒破5...而且今天大遲到前面根本一路狂追QQ 而因為保生盃後一直都呈現懶懶的狀態,所以今天報應來了。22k就爆掉,到後來都在找肌樂!30k後又是跟意志力的戰爭,幸好今天還算給力哈哈 所以說比賽前還是要練個30k以上,不然真的好痛苦啊啊啊啊啊~而且上一場全馬還是半年前,整個很不熟悉,還好11.2月練很勤還有一點老本可以吃。下一場就是名古屋了,希望可以sub5 XD
