環臺北60K,出門前的大雨很考驗我的決心呀~~
本來腳底痛要穿Hitogami去跑的,但因雨太大,改穿非布面的虎走出賽,還好腳底沒痛到不能跑
過程中脛前肌不時有感,只能趕緊調整跑姿改變重心減輕負擔,但後面小腿後側好痠好緊,最後只能選擇步頻放慢加大步幅。 可能有心理準備要跑很久,所以跑到55K時覺得好快就要倒數囉~ 但開始有了期待之後就覺得後面好漫長呀~~ 囧
