星期三跑爆雙腳,休2天今天跑看看 430 15k tempo run,第一趟5k 快結束時小腿開始爆,第二趟5k 到電塔下覺得小腿快凍袂條了,第二趟補完水沒跟上車只好自己推,開始退到435,緊接著幾次逆風再降到445 - 450 -500,回程順風再休一下,再慢慢把速度帶上來。
