經歷上星期UTHK的摧殘
這場賽事本來完全沒有信心完成
甚至叫小美不用等我自己跑
問團長的配速說是前8後6
想說跟跟看
結果一下就被團長放生
腳仍然痠痛阿
無所謂就沿途好好欣賞風景跟抓人LDS...XD
但到了30K左右
好像乳酸排完
反而開始不會那麼痠痛
在摩天遇到團長
而接下來甚至腳有復活的跡象
折返後的下坡居然還可以開出5分速
但果然一切都是短暫的迴光返照
到了約莫80K
全身感覺氣力放盡
第一次有這種感覺
連走都不想走也走不動
最後8K甚至還打給小美說我要棄賽...大哭
看來體力還是太差...還是要多練練...XD
