自主練習LSD,板橋-公館。
意外插曲:在公館剛好有半路跑比賽,我再到水源博物館納編因為在確定路線和該跑完幾K再折返時,往旁邊移動 突然一位跑者把我撞倒,超痛。很怕腳受傷。我知道終點就在前面速度一定開到最大,這也不能說是誰的錯...希望我身體沒事 他成績不錯 繼續我們的路跑人生
