愛馬士夜跑團練~14公里定速跑。一直都感覺繞圈圈是枯燥累人的,但是卻是方便大家都聚在一起練,不會前後分離而顧不到彼此,所以還是開心的與大家一起完成。習慣跑外圈,設定要跑36圈...(好多圈啊…),一開始原本想怡人的六分速率當作熱身,卻被獵豹跟住(感謝獵豹的跑姿鑑定,幸好跑姿算穩定),不敢放掉速率,只好以四分多起速,雖然後來獵豹改領跑帶著另一位跑友,但我因為痛苦想盡快結束,所以一路撐著四分多快五分速跑完預定的36圈,一路都有放棄停下的念頭,幸好意志力戰勝怠惰心,總算氣喘吁吁的完成,因為外圈,故比預定的多了兩公里,累...<果然還是跑前掙扎,跑時痛苦,跑後充實開心>
