24之後就發現小腿不太對勁 腳底痛外邊(第一次這樣)趕快降速,放棄目標,後半段有氧跑,後來回來才發現是腳拇指血泡!
好險休息之後痛的地方舒緩了
話說今天跑起來蠻悶的 比起台北馬溫度高了5度左右去年渣打是13度 果然天氣也是有影響
