想說10點才起跑~就當天才開車下去
南投真是好山好水好地方~
一開始起跑腳底又有點怪怪的~不痛但是痠痠的(?!)
怪怪~
起跑天氣還蠻熱的~~但姑娘我還是沒把風衣脫掉
還好沒脫 20K後好冷@@"
剛好是梅花盛開的時後~整片看下來超壯觀的
而且跑一跑還有種身在太魯閣的錯覺XD
風景貞壯麗~~~
只是吼~~20K後未免也太陡了吧!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
尤其某4K 光看那坡度我就根本不想動了~~(攤手)
然後這次下山莫名心裡累 (腳還正常XD)
回程整個大走路 不管平路還是下坡== 那ㄚㄟ餒
看來我要跑全馬 心態還是要調整調整
意志力超不堅的 一直很想棄賽 (唉)
還好還是有乖乖跑走回終點 沒被關門.....T_T"
((幸虧這次有帶相機邊跑邊拍照還可以轉移注意力~哈哈)
總之~~有完賽就好~~XDDD
然後我太遜身心都練不夠~~~山路全馬需磨練磨練-.-"
