今天開賽心理有點激動,但因為三週前小拉傷,連續兩週沒跑,所以是期待又怕受傷害的感覺。開賽一直要自己不要衝太快,但心跳莫名一直處於160以上,這種跑速根本不應該到第五心律區間(>163),開始以為是太興奮,但持續降不了,爬坡心率飆到175,就覺得不妙(整個很累),但都來跑了就是要sub4,所以怎樣都要ㄍㄧㄣ完(ㄧ之倉聰魂)!12km時,右腳開始痛,可能因為左腳拉傷下意識用右腳,20km開始有抽筋感,26km開始猶豫是否放棄sub4,開始採走跑模式,至少跟大阪馬一樣4:30內吧?還有一個半小時12km,還是綽綽有餘。但就在此時「大抽筋」,坐在地上叫救命,警察過來幫我拉筋,問我要不要搭救護車?我想說等回收車就好,不要浪費資源(其實是怕丟臉),事後覺得我錯了,在30km處吹海風加上反覆抽筋半小時,然後一小時後回收車才到。回來後發現Vincent Tsai報警找我!有沒有這麼扯?Btw居然在表妹黃安蒂來當志工幫忙且萬金馬難得沒下雨時GG,ㄧ整個世界末日感!我好想sub4阿!教練~報告完畢!
