前段陽光被山林擋著還涼快
但後段熱情的🌞,讓人很崩潰...😅
沒穿病毒壓縮,又超過一個月沒跑長距離,想說輕鬆歡樂玩
結果被歐帥帶到17k上坡大腿有些異狀,才慢下來
免得後半段爆掉失速
在約16k上坡撿到小包鹽碇,約28k,34k各吞一顆,似乎發揮功效
在最後剩1k多時雙大腿才快抽筋
緩走及調整放慢步伐
最後的上坡,爆心臟小衝一下
七分力撐完,沒破410,沒抽筋已屬幸運
回家洗澡午餐後,13:30補眠,昏睡到18:00...😅
這回志工來參賽的並不多,以總六收工😆
