賽前一晚半夜四點下班 睡眠不足下 晚上時差又調不回來 睡不到三小時半 就前往參賽 而會場還滿偏僻的 不過造就風景好
熱身一圈後 才知是有坡的 而這坡其實也沒什麼 只有一處三~四百公尺 爬升2~30公尺重點坡而已 其餘就當是平路就可 不要想太多 開賽後 4.2195km*12需克服的是 前半程圈數的雜念 當剩1/3時 就看用什麼態度跑下去 而賽末圈 總是讓人回味 跑好跑滿完賽
這苗栗山城辦得繞圈路跑系列賽 由於一圈兩站補給 大會好準備 也豐富 跑來練功磨心志剛剛好 不過報名之前要想清楚 繞圈基本很無聊~~~
