1.過年後,每天晚上宵夜加1500-2000cc的啤酒,想證明到底會不會發胖?答案是的確會發胖。今天腰部贅肉明顯地上下抖動,但可沒增加跳躍推進的效果。
2.坡道依然是無法突破的關卡,上下坡都令我不中用的關節提出走路的建議。
3.這場鄉村馬回程行經多處幹道也得停等紅燈,但可接受,順便休息。
4.感謝百回,讓我領了一個精美的60馬紀念座,只有繼續一途,考慮著跑業績這件事。
