擔心下雨天,老天給了跑馬的好天氣,前半段跑的較保守希望能維持在五分速,沒想到過折返點後就失速了...一直到32KM都只能維持六分速,再來還要面對後10KM的上下坵陵地型,跑馬32公里後肝醣耗盡的撞牆期,中間煎熬磨練真是不足為外人道也...當然此時我吃下腰包裡 "鹹蛋" ,當下只覺得蛋黃可以,蛋白就真的太鹹啊!終點前5公里(來到37KM)... 告訴自己此時...只有專心運行身體溝通的訊息才能安全通過終點,
Last 2Km ,維持五分速近終點心情大開... 保持無痛完賽 !
跑馬完賽就是通過自我試練挑戰,上半年全馬賽事告一段落,下半年就等12月後再來吧!
