今日休假 因應下月12H賽事 也就今日有空練超馬LSD 在失眠睡不到四小時下 看氣象應該是今年最高溫 而空汙紅色警示 讓心裡有個底 本7.2K+*10 當跑完4圈後 氣溫漸高難跑 第五圈開始大爆走 心想這是什麼鬼天氣 又熱又悶且無冷風吹 第七圈跑完後 當想著要不要跑個51K就好時 看錶時間離吃晚餐還早 只好硬著頭皮 改跑5K+*2 有達低標量就好 跑完前2K剛好準備大抽時 順利走跑完~~~
