今早跑遠東路線至湖口後山,一早跟上湯神,威任的高速列車,前1k慢慢跑,後來就加速了!10k時間就在45分,這是在練山路間接嗎?好喘阿!
後來只有我跟湯神往山跑,一路被海放,到到停車場才看到人😂,後來折返後跟湯神一路開4分速衝下坡,到19k後,沒力氣了!只好慢慢跑回去了!
