第一次的LSD練習,沒有刻意衝速度,反而降低了些
18K以後狀況變的比較差,不過還是繼續咬牙撐著
回到住處24.5K,乾脆就結束好了,反正離目標25K差一點~
跑完後,一樣體力透支,我趕緊衝進便利店買補給品補充體力,20分鐘總算解除身體的危急
累...好累!不過這種練習是一定要做的,在累也要忍著,才能有所進步ㄚ!
