一年沒跑全馬的後果就是,腳斷了。
跑完體重沒減少(這,要感謝LDS的補給團隊)。
最近幾天因為腳不能動,坐著無聊就一直吃,體重急速上升,制服快穿不下了。
結論,跑馬會讓人變胖。
賽後評分: 雲霧中跑步的感覺超好,就像漫步在雲端。
