| 第五馬,實在是沒習慣那麼早起來,前晚九點就上床...翻來翻去....一晚醒來至少五次...很害怕睡過頭....到了會場後....由於前晚去海港城吃了大餐...到要跑的時候肚子還是覺得漲漲的...上不出來就覺得很困擾.....沒辦法...只好帶著滿肚子的大便出發......一起跑沒多久....就覺得晶片晃來晃去的....沒固定好...但跑到一半晶片不見等於白跑.....所以停下來固定一下....
一開始的26公里感覺體力都還可以...可以進六分速以內....但是..過了26後...很明顯感覺腳開始重起來了.....以及之前左腳受傷的地方也開始有感.....沒辦法...速度上不去...感覺sub4沒機會....也覺得跑的好累....呈現半放棄狀態.....只能每個補給站吃的很飽再出發...蘆竹的補給算是不錯....至少不會永遠只有那幾樣...還有熱食...也有魯味...泡面....米粉湯...哈..吃完再跑還邊跑邊打嗝....
這次過26腳沒力...可能是月跑量及距離沒拉出來...可是平時並沒有太多時間可以跑....這個可能會是我無法進入4小時的主因.....
