第二次跑中寮山練習,今日狀況不好需要好好再加油~~
連續四天沒跑步了,一大早沒熱身就開始連續5K的上坡路段,到了4K時雙腳真的是痠......有夠痠,只能當步兵,讓子齊兄還要等我真得很不好意思~~~
