這場實在好操啊 持續累積的疲勞上到昆陽那邊簡直快抽筋了 剩兩三百公尺到武嶺時看到前導車開道的總1回來.....
實在太累了下坡也跑不快 如果要跑快還會觸發抽筋
只能說時間合乎預期 但多練應該能更好
