有一半的里程數是上坡,肌耐力使用是平常的數倍,到了下坡大小腿差不多也到了抽筋的臨界點
拉筋幾次之後仍無法避免頻繁的步兵狀態。
顯示除了抽空練跑以外核心還是不能夠偷懶啊!
過程中雖然痛苦,但合歡山之美盡收眼簾,
終點拿到獎牌後實在是成就感十足,又一次印證馬拉松過程罵自己是瘋子,完賽後還想再當瘋子的良性循環.....總之,這難忘的第五馬收下了,值得!!
