高雄阿杜 第31馬跑完了。阿娘喂,東北季風有夠強,一路跟逆風對抗,跑得辛苦,前半馬跟去年一樣配95分,但後來均速掉到433就決定順順跑,放棄破PB了!幸好今天的氣溫真的很讚,下雨對我而言也不是問題,所以還是跑了近兩年來的最佳成績,滿足了!
