雖是團練但還是自己有課表要學習。
【配速】熱身1k後就想前10k配530(不累~還在掌控範圍內)10k後慢慢加速至445左右(約出八成力)6k13k
處有降速聊天。
【檢討修正】20k不喝水的狀態身體還能負荷,但14k後飢餓感出現,18k後體力明顯下降,只能撐至20k。
