起跑後開始出太陽,回程時有夠曬。
心得是以後不跑連週馬了,肌力不行啊。起跑後不到10K就開始痠痛,後面只能依據心率來跑,儘量控制在M配速的心率。上坡就步幅小一點,下坡就控制一下,儘量別讓大小腿爆掉。直到終點時才衝了一下。最後的2K實在是太虐人,都沒力了還要跑上坡。還好可以跑完,雖然腿很酸痛,但是幸好沒受傷。
很遺憾的就是都在跑山洞,讓賽道失色不少,燕子口,九曲洞都沒法欣賞到,很可惜。以後中橫山洞越挖越多,那太魯閣馬要變成山洞馬了。
