因為將近三個禮拜沒練習的關係,賽前就決定完賽就好~
出發一直以約7分半的配速慢慢跑~
半程過後,天氣越來越熱...實在受不了
決定不跑了,用走的完賽就好!!!!!
後面15K幾乎都用走的~
最後時間抓得剛剛好~關門前五分鐘抵達終點XD
