昨天有個一整日的戶外活動要負責帶隊,晚上又要見客至九點,加上近來工作繁重,休息不足,而右腳腳背還是有點不舒服,有這個成績很滿意哩。今次全馬氣是夠的,沒上次那麼辛苦,不過到三十幾公里小腿有抽著抽著的感覺,三次停下來拉筋,終於無驚無險去到終點。
