| 第37馬 冬山河超馬100mile組
賽前想說反正今年大四喜都沒有了~冬山河就不跑100km的了~來報名ㄧ下100mile的吧(161km)這也是目前報過最常的一場賽事了!!其實也有點小擔心會沒辦法完賽~~常常有人問說 我跑量不夠 不敢報名全馬~又或者是說跑不快怕不能完成所以沒有報名~其實我都覺得先報名再說吧!!至少對我來說是這樣的啦@@比較不會偷懶哈哈!!不過跑量真的是還蠻重要的~~超過100km之後對我來說真的是另外一個世界啦~~練太少只能用走路的完成了~~尤其是今年真的有點懶懶的!!回到主題吧~~
比賽當天是星期五晚上9:00起跑~~星期五就請假~想說睡飽一點再出發...結果睡到早上10:30就起床啦~~(跑到後面很想睡~應該是沒睡飽~)東西整理完!處理ㄧ下事情!開車到會場已經7:00囉~到會場旁邊跟志霄還有阿福會合ㄧ下~順便整理裝備~~
到會場寄物可以選擇要在0K起點~或是5K補站放東西!或是10K折返點放東西~(就是自己的補給品~)~~因為我覺得大會準備的東西應該夠用所以我就選擇放在起點0K的位子!要換鞋子裝備也是回來再換~~起跑前半小時~大會有稍微做路線的說明~~大合照之後做最後的整理~~穿著薄外套長袖~帶頭燈~就準備出發啦~!
起跑之後因為天氣冷~~所以一開始不知不覺得就衝起來了@@本來預定一望可以控制配速在5:45-5:50~可是一開始就看到志霄衝出去我就跑去跟他一起跑啦~~大約都是5:0X的速度再跑~~跟志霄一起邊聊天邊跑~~不知不覺就一直撐在這個速度~~前面大家也都好快啊~!--一開始河岸的右邊比較暗!沒有路燈~~所以只好把我的頭燈拿出來用囉~!沿途也只能看到前面幾步的亮光~~到了4.5K補站的地方過後才路邊開始有小路燈~~!因為一開始狀況都還不錯~~所以幾乎都維持在5:0X-5:1X然後阿福哥也跟上來了~~上來之後本來我想要放慢速度又被拉回來到5:1X....看來大家一開始狀況都很好啊哈~~志霄決的速度太快就先自己把配速降下來~~所以剩下我跟阿福哥一起邊跑邊聊天~~因為跑起來太熱所以把袖子也捲起來了!~~
到了30K過後還可以配速維持在5:2X~~心裡面想說今天這樣好像還不錯喔~~就繼續吧@@32K左右阿福大哥叫我先自己跑~~他不行了!!好吧接下來我只好自己跑了~~也差不多維持在5:2X-5:3X左右~~一路到了70K好像還蠻順的~~配速都沒有掉太多~~這時候遇到了陳進財大哥在我前面~~稍微聊天了ㄧ下之後他說不舒服~~我就自己先照自己的速度先跑了~~前面只剩下我一直追不到的周玲君~還有棄賽的周平記大哥了~~(他超快的~~我65K的時候它已經75K了@@)但是聽說80他要棄賽~~
眼看狀況好像還不錯~~到了80K之後肚子突然有點滾~~正好到終點前有廁所就去蹲了ㄧ下~~出來繼續~~這時候天色已經有點微亮了~大約也已經過了8個小時~~配速都控制的還可以(自己認為~)
出了81K起終點補站之後換了短袖~~開始繼續往前~~前面也越差越遠啦~~廁所上了五分鐘左右~~也不用追了哈~~這時候大約配速差不多5:4X-5:5X左右了~!開始有點沒力了不過還是可以跑的起來順順的~~到了91K折返點之後也聽到對面的100K開始起跑了~!
天色也亮了起來~~開始繼續往前跑~~比較不無聊了~!陸續有遇到了新竹瘋的朋友何董 阿良 ..等稍微打個招呼~~陪50K跑步的人聊天一起跑~~到快到起終點的時候突然眼睛開始有點閃爍@@~~心想:不妙是不是血糖過低啊~!放慢速度跑到終點的時候胃也不舒服了~~主辦單位有發早餐~~可是我沒有胃口.....只好回寄物區換鞋子吃能量包~~
接下來就是悲慘的開始啦@@~~一路都沒辦法吃東西~~反胃想吐~~可能之前吃太多巧克力~~在胃裡面滾~吐出來的都是黑黑的巧克力~只好喝水了~~其他特調的飲料也不敢喝~~橘子香蕉還可以~!就這樣100-120K邊跑邊走大約花了3小時~~
之後下一個20K完全跑不動啦~~只能開始走路了~~也走不快還走到很想睡覺@@~~只好在路邊躺了ㄧ下在起來繼續跑~~就這樣這20K走了4小時20分左右@@!!回到會場大約剩下5小時左右~~前一趟有遇到超哥~~這趟在補站遇到超哥還有志霄跟阿福~他們說可以走完啦~~所以我也稍作休息之後就出去走了~~跟前面一趟一樣只能走~也跑不起來~~心理想只要走完就好了....後來也是路邊睡了ㄧ下在走~~最後在關門前30分鐘終於走完啦~~我的人生第一場100mile 就這樣被我走完了XD~怎麼沒有很感動的感覺啊哈哈~~走很大就是了!!
