我們一群最後出發.終於一路用跑著回來.下次再試全馬配速 環北60K 設定9.5-10.5K/H與目標相差不遠.最主要全程沒當步兵.我們5位最後出發.結果我第14位完成.中間吃吃喝喝陪年輕人聊太久.
