| 賽前三天感冒休養
起跑後才500m左腳踝就拐到一陣刺痛,只能放輕步伐
之後又伴隨著輪流左右側腹痛
進河濱後速度怎麼拉也拉不起來
還沒到一半的距離就開始想當步兵,折返後就爆掉了
後段和半馬及12K跑者混在一起慢慢跑
38k後右小腿又一直抽筋
只能跑跑走走保4完賽
這場跑得不好
跑感差和身體狀況很多
是自己練習不夠,再加油囉!
賽中所安排的兩個坡距離雖不長,但還真陡
比賽後段要爬回來可真是磨心 賽前宣言: 真武山改期沒法跑,改跑這一場
