| 今天跑國到72馬拉松~!還沒起跑的時候就已經好熱了~!又是六點半才開始~~跑到後面真的是天人交戰~熱到不行啊~~水淋到身上還不夠啊!跑到湖邊的時候真想給他跳下去遊一下啊哈哈~~殘念~沒有能破紀錄太熱了...後面才抓到訣竅來不急~~跑量練習不夠下次可能要再多練練了~~ 賽前宣言: 目標在破前面的PB加油~! 賽後評分: 這次辦得不錯~!跟上次明德馬拉松比起來進步很多喔~!
