今天蛙兒踢得有點辛苦~XD
從一開始的僵硬載浮載沉...
到後面大腿似乎比較適應....
最後受不了慢慢游的速度....
划了二趟自由式,又草草結束....
果然跑完的副作用很大...
但慶幸不是在膝蓋也不是在小腿而是在大腿...
一定是昨天的坡爬太大辣....XDDDD
