| 這大概是目前跑過最熱、最煎熬的馬拉松!因為幾乎2/3路段都曝曬在陽光下,綿延的海岸線真的很折磨人!
賽前就預計成績介於400-430間,練跑最遠也只跑過一次28K。眼見太陽越來越大,配速54x撐到22K、到28K徹底放掉,30K之後甚至啟動跑走模式!雖然改了路線,獅頭山變成回程才跑,但是其他的上上下下小坡不斷,著實令人崩潰😱
最後1K的隧道覺得很漫長,希望今天有參加的都順利完賽!
