上完晚班的隔天晚上去慢跑
都會顯得力不從心
每次都很不想去跑
尤其今天一起床就看到下大雨
索性就去洗澡、吃晚餐
沒想到吃完晚餐之後雨停了
讓我為難了好一陣子
最後還是沒有放棄這次好機會
一口氣跑了10k
一樣是減輕蹬腳的力量
不過今天不曉得是因為pu跑道濕滑還是哪裡的問題
左腳掌大拇指下方起了水泡
真是糟糕
